You may not point your QRMe code to a website hosting malware, viruses, trojan horses or other similar malicious software.

You understand that anyone may be able to scan your QRMe code and browse the website specified in your profile.

The use of this website and the redirection service provided by this website is free. Mobile users scanning your QRMe code will be charged their normal fees by their mobile service provider for browsing web pages on their mobile.

QRMe are in no way affiliated with any mobile phone service providers and do no receive any commision or other payments from mobile phone service providers.

The QRMe website captures statistics about your visits such as browser type and ip address to help identify trends. Similar data is collected when a mobile user scans your QRMe code in order to provide reporting to you.

By clicking on the Link my profile to Facebook button and enabling the Post to Facebook wall option in your profile you permit the QRMe service to post a user specified message to your wall whenever your QRMe code is scanned. This option can be disabled by you at any time.
